Returns
If you receive any goods from us which are faulty we will under the Sales of Goods Act 1979 offer either a Full Refund or we can send a Replacement of the original product. (We will not charge postage for sending any replacement.) This does not affect you statutory rights.
For any returns on faulty goods, we would ask you to call us 07860 929 789 and let us know that you have received a faulty product and we can help with a solution. A replacement may take up to 10 working days to be replaced depending on our stock.
Cancelling an Order Before Shipping
You can cancel an order at any time before we have shipped it. Just call us on 07860 929789 and give us your name, confirm what you have ordered and the reason you want to cancel your order. Your order will be cancelled immediately. If payment has been made for any item/s, your refund will be given immediately.
Cancelling an Order After Shipping
We are happy to receive an order back and issue a refund of the item (we do not give refunds for postage, just solely the costs of the items). In order to return any item/s to us you will need to inform us that you would like to return your order either by calling us or in writing either by e-mail or letter. (If you inform us by telephone then a confimation e-mail or letter will be required).
Conditions
- All items returned must not have been used, we do thorough checks on all returns.
- We ask for all returns to be in original packaging.
- You must let us know within 7 days of us posting if a return is required.
- The responsibility of the return and cost of sending the item/s back to us remains with the sender. To ensure us getting it as soon as possible, we recommend Recorded mail.
For health & hygiene reasons, we’re unable to offer refunds for the following items:
- Stockings & Tights
- Cosmetic Lenses
- Wigs
